I had to send one item back and the return process itself was fine, nothing too complicated. The only thing was the refund took longer than I expected, longer than I expected for sure, and I did have to follow up once. I got my money back in the end, so it all worked out, just not as quickly as I’d hoped

I like that it’s cruelty free and doesn’t feel full of harsh stuff, which is what made me try it in the first place. But it actually cleans my kitchen really well too, so... I just keep buying it.

I’ve been using the Astonish sprays and paste around the house for a while now, mainly on kitchen worktops and bits in the bathroom. From my experience, they clean properly without leaving streaks or that strong chemical smell some cleaners have. I also notice my hands don’t feel as dry afterwards, even on the odd times I forget to put gloves on. Overall, they feel easy to use, safe enough for regular cleaning, and they get the job done

For the price, it’s not too bad. Some parts worked better than others, so it wasn’t perfect, but I kind of feel like my timing was just off when I bought it. Maybe I caught a bad batch or something. Still, for something this cheap, I can’t complain too much.

I’ve tried a few Astonish cleaners now and they’ve all been surprisingly decent. The kitchen spray got rid of old greasy bits around the hob that my usual spray just seemed to smear about, which was a relief because it was bugging me every time I made tea. I also used the mould remover in the bathroom, mainly around the sealant near the shower, and it worked better than I expected. Nothing flashy or overly scented, just proper cleaning products that do the job and don’t cost loads.
